Die Components

Sankyo Oilless die components have set the standard for quality and variety. We manufacture over several hundred different die components. We are not a distributor so we can control our quality 100% of the time.

Sankyo Oilless Cam units are good flanging, piercing, notching, and trimming are common use. We have aerial and die mount cams for your application. A wide range of working forces for the many applications. They are better suited than 'homemade' cams because of the economic and time savings you will gain. We can also custom engineer to your unique application or offer one of our 1000+ standard cams for your requirement that we carry.

Another innovative product offering is our die materials. These include our patented SO330, 350, and 390 materials. This material is beneficial for deep draws where galling has been a problem and replaces inserts or chrome plating.

We carry die guide, die setting, stripper and pad components, blank die components, pierce die components, panel transfer components, gauges, hemming units, pressure pads and cam units.

Die guide components include components used on both the upper and lower shoe. Corner blocks, guide blocks, pins and bushings.

Blank Components include our series of Crowder pusher gauges, disappearing gauges, panel supports, coil guides and conveyor systems.

Die setting components include our series of lifting lugs and pins, die storage blocks and other parts such as washers, keys and stop blocks.
